The EVERESTMAX Expedtion will take place in two phases, the cycling and the
climbing. Eight members will complete the whole project and their numbers
will be supported by six more climbers and another support member for the
second phase.

The Cycle
- The overland route covers a distance of about 8000km (about 5000 miles)
- The team will cycle an average of 100km per day 6 days a week for 15 weeks
- The team will pass through 8 countries en route

The Climb
- The ascent of the mountain will be attempted from the challenging North side (the North-east ridge)
- The team (on the mountain) will number 12 climbers
- The total ascent by the expedition will be 9300m (about 30,250'), the ascent on the mountain alone will be about 3700m
