Tarka L'Herpiniere – Climber
Tarka, 24, is joining the expedition as part of the long term Primal Journey quest. Born in 1981, Tarka's home has been in the heart of the French Alps. He was already a competent skier at the age of two! He has since trained in all disciplines of skiing including mountain safety. He is due to attend the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst after he is awarded his degree. A graduation which has had to be postponed for the expedition.
Tarka is a very determined young individual, he is strong, fit, thorough and disciplined. His bilingual background has given him "wide vision" enabling him, no matter how focused he is, to take on board information and evaluate it intelligently. An enviable asset that may prove essential towards achieving the missions Tarka is setting himself.
